Founder & Agency Manager
Farah brings real, hands-on experience in elderly care and health support. She's worked directly with seniors as a home care provider, helping with activities of daily living, health monitoring, medication management, and maintaining safe, clean living environments. She understands what it takes to keep people safe and independent at home.
Beyond care work, Farah has operated her own retail business, managing inventory, finances, customer relationships, and operations in a fast-paced environment. That business discipline carries into how she runs Ace—with attention to detail, compliance, and operational excellence.
Farah is fluent in Arabic, English, Assyrian, and Syrian, and has provided professional interpretation and translation services for government agencies including immigration offices, the Department of Homeland Security, and Social Security Administration. This multilingual background means she can serve families who might otherwise struggle to find culturally responsive care.
